Bonner Springs High School is gearing up for an unforgettable Homecoming celebration on Friday, September 20th. The entire community is invited to join in the fun as students, staff, and alumni come together for a day full of spirit, entertainment, and tradition. Here's a breakdown of the festivities:
Parade: The evening kicks off at 5:00 PM with the annual Homecoming Parade in downtown Bonner Springs. Be sure to line the streets and show your school pride!
Pep Rally: Immediately following the parade, the excitement continues with a Pep Rally at 5:30 PM in the BSHS staff parking lot. There will be plenty to enjoy, including a DJ, inflatables, face painting, and a variety of food trucks. Don’t forget to stop by the ‘Love Letters’ Mobile Boutique for some unique shopping while you’re there and enjoy some delicious eats from local food trucks, including Juan Some Grub, Dolelicious, Christy's Tasty Queen Food Truck, and Don Antonio's Taco Truck.
Football Game vs. Rock Creek: At 7:00 PM, the Braves will take the field against Rock Creek in what promises to be a thrilling football game. The highly anticipated Coronation of the Homecoming King and Queen will take place during halftime.
